Trade Coordinator LATAM

As a Trade Coordinator for LATAM at Reuse Trading, you’ll find yourself in a dynamic, growing and people-oriented environment. Together with your colleagues, you’ll have a front-row view of global trade flows and manage both the operational and administrative cycles. This means you’ll be in contact with our traders, customers and overseas partners to ensure our trades run as smoothly as possible.

Job description

You will draw up purchase and sales contracts
You will manage the operational process from start to finish; from bookings with shipping lines to the final invoicing of your own files
You will act as the link between all parties involved and will be in daily contact with customers, overseas partners and institutions
You will ensure the preparation and timely dispatch of all necessary documents
You are a reliable point of contact for customers and guide them through the logistics process

Profile

You are motivated, organised and able to work independently, but also thrive in a team environment
A degree in Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
Previous experience as a documentation officer is an advantage
You communicate fluently in English, Spanish and Dutch
Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 is an advantage
You adopt a customer-focused approach when carrying out your duties
